This contain information on character ability and skill advancement. This will designate points to each and every character, which is determined by the character's actions and how hard and/or long they work on a specific task. In the beginning everyone starts off with zero points and each point that is give the character can advance in one field or create a new field for instance if a character is "Average" in hand-to-hand combat they can use a point to become "Above Average" or learn a completely new skill like "Stealth." The only downfall to creating a new skill is the character automatically starts it at "Very Poor."

Warning: There is no skill tree or a list of skills anywhere, you must rely on your creativity and skills must be very precise. I forbid any skills that is too broad for example: "Fighting." Please clarify what type of fighting.[/center]
