Field Marketer(Southwest) Summary:? This position is based in San Antonio, TX and reports directly to the Director of Marketing. The Field Marketer will provide marketing and coaching support for the Regional Property Manager, Marketing and Leasing Managers and all Community Managers in the portfolio. This position will also work in conjunction with the Marketing Manager. Job Description: Leads efforts to increase Southwest regions lease-up success rate working with regional property managers and community managers Identifies target populations and assist in developing marketing plans to attract and retain residents Assist in the coordination of and provide support for special events, grand openings, promotions, leasing extravaganzas, etc. working in conjunction with regional property managers for budget approvals. Recommend potential specials, prize giveaways or incentives to regional staff based on demographic and comp analysis Lead advertising campaigns such as intranet and apartment guide initiatives Coordinate and log advertising contracts efficiently and cost effectively with regional manager approval. Update all ILS?s/rent pricing/concessions with Property Solutions CMS Post Craig?s List V-flyers Update media list Coordinate early outreach efforts to key targets with the community manager and leasing staff Coordinate leasing efforts based on the lease-up planner and work in conjunction with regional managers and marketing department Oversee the Coming Soon and all other pre-leasing signage Ensure communities are supplied with banners, flags, balloons, and other materials as necessary Determine with site staff type of marketing materials needed and work in conjunction with the marketing department. Assists Community Managers with Quarterly Marketing Schedules to pre-plan creative marketing strategies and activities dependent on the needs of the community Experience: ?3-5 years experience required in tax credit and market rate property management Marketing and/or advertising experience desired Skill Sets: Bachelor?s degree in a relevant discipline Significant travel required Superior interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Outstanding planning and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office Creative and innovative in providing effective marketing solutions and value to the property management team NRP Group, LLC San Antonio TX http://www.nrpgroup.com
