RolePlayGateway?

So I originally started a GoT rp in another rping site, but either I put too much or too little into it, or there might not be many GoT fans on that rping website. Whatever the reasons, I'm still waiting with bathed breath to see if it starts up. In the meanwhile, I thought it would be a keen idea to see if there are any GoT fans here on rpgateway. (I'm open to having the rp on more than one site atm, since I only have two other rps on my plate right now.)

Now the rp I'm proposing would be a High Casual to Advanced rp, meaning that it would require proper grammar, lots of detail, long posts, plot contribution, and progressive character development. Since the rp I have in mind would be something of a cross between a regular rp and a Nations Rp it would require an rper to at the least be able to rp two character, and at the most, any amount they can handle, so long as the rper would be able to commit to that amount of characters. It would also require a collaborative effort on the whole, meaning that rper would have to have good cooperation with other rpers and be able to communicate with said rpers to form a fluent and moving plot.

On the note of characters, if you're a girl, and you're heavily against rping males, this rp probably isn't for you. I'm going to emphasize female, but it goes for males who only want to rp males too. Variation is needed.

For the purpose of this rp, I may be changing some history of Game of Thrones (and therefore the story of the books and the shows[which on their own diverge at some points]) in order for the rp to be more objective. The rp itself takes place three centuries after the book, effectively meaning all main characters are dead by the start of this rp. So...no squabbling for main characters. This is more convenient, considering that the Starks, Lannisters, Arryns, and Baratheons will no longer be the only Houses in the limelight. Everyone, now has the ability to make their characters "main". I myself have reserved the House Stark and Targaryen.

The rp looked prettier on the other website, but the html codding on rpgateway has a few differences from the guild. I'll have to do it over. I only copied and pasted and kept the essentials, though I'll doll it up if it gains enough interest.

Without delay, I present to you:

A GAME OF THRONES: BATTLE OF THE THRONE

Many centuries ago a war was waged pitting House against House in a battle for the throne. A great king, a mad Dragon, was dethroned as his men, children, and descendants were slaughtered in the name of justice. This Mad King had killed many for erratic reasons, often initiating bloodshed with little prompting. His house was the House Targaryen, and their House was the one that had submitted to madness. No longer was the madness simply a result of old age and scarred memories; it had been embedded in the very essence of the Tarygaryen's, an infliction that was the result of generations of inbreeding to produce the purest Targaryen's possible. The purest Dragons.

When the Mad King's rule became overwhelming he was met with a challenge; a family descended of the bastards of his own House. The Bastard House, had produced a great warrior, a gallant man, ever more enraged when the love of his life was slipped from under his nose by the King's son. She was raped and killed and the initiator of the year long rebellion known as Robert's Rebellion. Robert Baratheon, of the Bastard House, led the rebellion himself in the name of his beloved. Through many a battle the Mad King was brought to his knees and slaughtered like a cow by the golden claw of a lion. A man, appointed by the King himself, a Lannister, had slipped his iridescent sword between the Mad King's ribs and eradicated the last ruling Targaryen King of the Land of Westeros.

Regardless of the Lion's motives, the Crowned Stag was proclaimed king. Robert Baratheon took the Throne as the first Baratheon to have ever ruled Westeros.

The Mad King's last remaining children, who had been but babies, were shipped across the Narrow Sea to Essos to live out the rest of their years as the exiled Prince and Princess and the last remaining pure blooded Targaryen's in the world.

In a show of peace making, Robert Baratheon was betrothed and wedded to Cersei Lannister, as the Lannisters had been on the Mad King's side until the very end, when Jaime Lannister chose to betray the Mad King and was proclaimed Kingslayer. For a few years there was peace. The King and Queen made three children, all as beautiful and shining as their mother, with not a shed of their father's features. Yet, peace had not settled under the veil of the Baratheon's rule.

The King's Hand, Jon Arryn, died. Or rather, was murdered. Jon had been poisoned under order from Cersei Lannister. The Arryn had wittingly found that Robert's three children were illegitimate and had been fathered by Cersei's own brother, the Kingslayer, Jaime Lannister.

Robert, thereafter, chose the next best man for Hand. Eddard Stark of the House Stark, who had fought along Robert in his rebellion and was like a brother to him. Stark and his family became deeply involved in Arryn's murder when his young son, Bran Stark, was found fallen from the spires of the Stark castle and crippled. Eddard subsequently discovered Cersei's betrayal of the Throne through her three illegitimate children. However, Robert passed away due to a fatal hunting injury before Eddard could successfully pass this information to the King and act upon it. Robert's bastard heir, Joffery, was placed upon the throne for Cersei to manipulate in favor of the Lannister's. Joffery, who had always been a tad more insane than his siblings proved to an erratic heir to the throne.

Furthermore, through a series of unfortunate events, Eddard Stark was beheaded under Joffery's orders. When word reached the ears of his eldest son, Lord Robb Stark, the War that had been looming above Westeros's head for so long finally broke out. Westeros was split into many parts, with many Lord competing for the title of King.

The entire of vast expanse of Winterfell remained under the control of the Starks, up until the border of The Twins. From the Twins till the border of the Lannisters and King's Landing came under the control of the Arryns, where the Tully's pledged their loyalty to the House Arryn. From the Lannister's and King's Landing all the way down south, remained under the control of the Lannisters. All Houses south of the Lannister's were, and still are, under the command of the House Lannister, including the Martell's, Tyrell's, and unfortunately for them, the Baratheon's. The Greyjoy's on the Pyke islands pledged themselves loyal to the Starks. Across the Narrow Sea, the Queen Daenerys and her Dothraki remained safe from the Throne Wars of Westoros.

Joffery had an exceedingly early death, and passed away childless and lonely. By then, at least twelve years had passed and the fight for the throne had grown weak. In that time the Starks had grown strong under the steady guide of Lady Arya's hand. Where her brother had been killed, and her sister a failed, naive, leader, Arya flourished and made the armies of Winterfell a formidable enemy, even to the Lannisters. However, the entire army of Winterfell could not overpower the combined strength of the Lannisters, Martells, Tyrells, and Baratheons. And while the Greyjoys were an appreciated ally, their power over the years had withered terribly.

Unfortunately for the Starks, Robert Arryn chose this time to betray the trust between the Starks and himself (not to mention the blood relationship) and proclaimed himself King of the Narrow Sea, keeping a firm grip on the lands from The Twins down to the Lannister border, and reigning in the Tully army for his own. Robert Arryn was a stubborn, arrogant, mule. Not only were his lands a prominent division between Winterfell and the South of Westeros, but Robert was a sour and stupid man in war. He never attempted to compromise with either side. Nor did he ever see the opportunity to end the war.

After Joffery's death, his younger brother Tommen Lannister came into rule. Tommen was a much gentler, much wiser, man than his brother, and he saw many of the faults with Joffery's rule, acknowledging that, as bastard children, neither of them should have held the throne.

With Tommen in rule, conditions would have been optimal to negotiate a peace treaty between Winterfell and the South. Not to mention that, at the time, both Tommen and Arya were at ages where marriage would have been looked upon as a favorable act. However, Robert Arryn and his army of Arryns and Tullys stood in the way, and Westeros remained divided with each side regarding the others as enemies.

While this was going on Aegon VI Targaryen had built up resistance and formed a new House Targaryen. He attempted to woo his aunt Daenerys, in order to one again make the blood of Dragon pure, be soon found that Daenerys had no interest in courting him. As a result, the House Targaryen of Westeros (as it is now called) became heavily diluted, and Aegon VI's present House no longer expressed the white hair and indigo eyes of the true Targaryens. However, they continue to be a formidable family, and out of fear, the Lannisters granted them King's Landing and Dragonstone as their own. They changed their last names from Targaryen to Aerys and their words are "Burn Them".

----

PRESENT

Three centuries after Joffery's reign as the King, Westeros remains divided, now in a summer that has lasted for more than 10 years.

Tensions between the three Kingdoms of Westeros have died down. The descendants of the Houses, while having full knowledge of the reasons for the War of the Throne, look down upon the War as petty.

For the first time in the history of the Three Kingdoms of Westeros, the Lannisters have proposed a sort of competitive gathering. A festival of sorts, for the Houses, held on the continent of Essos, that will include archery, sword fights, and tourneys. It will also include various carnival styled games for the various Houses (including the lesser Houses that may chose to attend), as well as hitchhikers who make the journey across the Narrow Sea with the Houses. Each House has hired its own ship, as it would be folly for the Houses to travel together, since betrayal seems to be the Houses' strong suit.

Old habits die hard, and the Lannisters remain a cunning family. The Lannisters believe that they can acquire all of Westeros and have a plan for such an occasion. They have various motives, including an attempt at finding and eradicating the last of the Targaryens.

Since Daenery's rule as khaleesi all of her descendants have been female, and each has only produced one child, including herself. One, seemingly, invincible child. And all increasingly more powerful than the last, though fathered by who, no one can say.

Word has reached that the Dothraki have a prophecy that details the reincarnation of the original Khal Drogo and Daeynery's, and that, once again, the stallion who mounts the world will have an opportunity to be born.

The Lannisters seek to slay that stallion before it ever leaves the womb. The Lannisters also plot to either combine their House with the Starks (through marriage) or demolish the House altogether.

Note: While the Lannister are cunning, not every Lannister is evil. If you chose to rp this House not ever single one of your characters must be evil. This goes for any other house that is deemed "cunning".

The Starks too, wish to quell the feelings of distaste between themselves and the Lannisters. At the same time, they seek to liberate the Baratheon's from under the Lannister's control. After the deaths of Robert, Renly, and Stannis, the only remaining Baratheons were all Robert's Bastards, and Stannis's daughter. While Stannis's daughter became head of the Baratheon's, the Starks were forced to provide refuge for any of Robert Baratheon's bastards. This last child Robert had, was, ironically, a child of Cersei Lannister and himself, conceived just before the King's death. After Cersei's exile from the Lannisters, a repercussion for her incestuous relationship, she was forced to leave her children with the Lannisters and find safe haven with the Starks.

This has subsequently made the House Baratheon noticeably weaker than before, as the Baratheon bastards and Cersei and Robert's last child, have all crossbred into the Stark family. As such, however, the Starks feel it their duty to release the Baratheons from their prison under the Lannister's hands.

The Baratheon's are no longer as strong as they once were. They continue to be made of courage, but their waned power prevents them from usurping the Lannisters for control of the South. The primary reason they are attending the gather at Essos is to gather allies amongst the other Houses. Where the Starks seek to make peace with the Lannisters, out of vengence, the Baratheons wish to crush the Lions instead. They believe King Robert's death was planned, and hold the Lannisters in contempt for the incest practiced during Robert's reign. They also firmly believe that the Starks betrayed them by not fighting for them when the time called, though this was largely due to Robert Arryn's folly during the war. As a result, they do not wish to ally themselves with the Starks.

The Tully's wish to side themselves with the Starks. Their reasoning is simply; the Tullys live in the Arryn's shadows. They believe that the Starks still remember that there is blood between the two, as Catelyn Stark was first a Tully, and wish that the Starks would overthrow the Lannisters and become the Kings of Westeros. The more sly members of the Tully's conspire to capture the Arryn's armies, to do to the Arryns what the Arryns did to them.

The Targaryens of Essos, which are limited only to Daenerys and her line of female descendants, continue to express the genes for white hair and indigo eyes. It is said that, unlike Aegon VI the magic in Daenerys blood runs strong. The present Dothraki Queen, a Targaryen, will lead her Dothraki to greet the Houses, but that is all. They will not participate in the games, and Houses are not allowed near the Dothraki city unless they leave their weapons behind.

The Aerys, formerly know as the Targaryens of Westeros, and descended from Aegon VI, seek to once again attempt to make peace and combine with Daenery's descendants. They yearn for the flag of the three headed dragon and the trademark white hair and indigo eyes to be in their blood again., They have had to replace their flag. Their flag is the inverted colors of the Targaryens, in green and white, with the single head of a dragon as its trademark.

The Arryns are a family that has become almost as cunning as the Lannisters. They fear the Tully's impending threat, and plan to negotiate peace with the Lannisters. They also want to manipulate the Lannisters into destroying the Starks. If there is one thing the Arryn's hate more than the Lannister, its the Starks, ironic considering that once upon a time the two Houses shared blood.

The Greyjoys are known for various failed rebellions. They have little reason for attending, but are loyal to the Starks non-the-less. They would prefer if trickery and cunning not happen during the meeting Essos, but fear it is unavoidable. In the past years, their smug confidence has withered away as they have realized that out of all of the Houses, they are possibly the weakest.

The Tyrell plans to usurp the Lannisters working together with the Martells. the Martells wish for the the Dornish Kingdoms to rule Westeros, and so the Tyrells, hoping to overpower the Lannisters, have agreed to work alongside them. Neither side speaks of powers, and should they succeed in defeating the Lannisters, each House would undoubtedly be put against each other in a battle for the South.

The Martells wish to bring power for the Dornish Kingdoms. They have allied themselves with Tyrells. Both Houses are under the command of the Lannisters, but their close proximity to one another, and the fact that the Lannisters cannot always monitor them, has meant that they have been able to have frequent, secret meetings, away from the Lannisters eyes, and have divulged a plan to usurp the present Lannister Lord. Martell plans to marry one of theirs with one of the Tyrells so that war will not break out between the two, should they succeed in gaining the South.

Kingdoms

  • The Lannisters rule from their border down to the Dornish Kingdoms. Their Kingdom is collectively called the South.
  • The Starks rule the entire of Winterfell. Their land ends at the border of The Twins. Their Kingdom is collectively referred to as the North.
  • The Arryns rule from The Twins till the border of the South Kingdom. Their Kingdom is collectively known as the Narrow Sea.
  • The Aerys have no Kingdom, but inhabit Dragonstone and King's Landing.

Rules
  1. No godmodding.
  2. Game of Thrones is an adult book, but since this is in fact a public site, we will have keep the instensly adult things to a minimum.
  3. You are only allowed one House (though I myself am breaking this rule :D )
  4. If you have a big plot, or plot twist, in mind, consult me, and whoever else is involved in your idea.
  5. Game of Thrones is very much like a Nations rp. However, I expect their to more than just fighting. The series itself is very dramatic.
  6. You will be creating your House right up from the Lords to down to the Knights. You are required to have a minimum of two main characters from your House, and up to an unlimited amount. Remember, not everyone of your characters must always be in the limelight, or rp'ed, as that is not the way the Game of Thrones function. One of your mains will always have to be the Lord of the House. However, your other mains may be his children, wife, cousins, etc. The rest of the House (i.e. Knights, Septa, Maesters) and whatever characters are not main, will be considered your NPCS.
  7. There are probably other rules, but I've been working on this forever, and can't think up anything ATM. Umm...Rules may be subject to change.

House CS (Houses may be reserved for up to three days, since I know creating and coming up with names for this many characters may take a while. Ugh names....)

(For those who don't understand the CS, I will post mine so you may ^.^ It will be in the below(bannermen not completed). You do not have to name everyone. Only those you feel you will NPC frequently.)

Main Character CS?s

Name: Erin Stark
House: Stark
Age: 38
Appearance: Erin Stark is a tall, muscular man. His face is covered in a smooth, dark brown, sheen of hair, the same color as the hair on his head. Erin is a man of average stature, standing at nearly six feet. He?s got the signature long, brooding face of the Starks, with unreadable black (read: dark brown) eyes. His lips are thin and he often holds them at a stiff angle when he?s angry. He?s hardy, but not battle scared. There hasn?t been a war to be battle scared from since the end of the third century. While his face may mostly resemble a Stark, in certain aspects, there are the handsome hints of Lannister blood that dot him here and there.
Personality: Erin is a quiet, reserved man. He?s very careful in most political situations and often chooses to hear all sides of an argument before he determines what is right and wrong. Even then, he is prone to questioning the morality of his decisions, and isn?t a big advocate of the decapitation of Night?s Watch deserters. He can often appear stern and unfriendly to strangers, but is truly a warm man when befriended. Among his family, Erin Stark seems a completely different person, caring and loyal to his wife, and gentle and guiding to his children. It is in this familial environment that you are mostly likely to get quiet Erin Stark laughing loudly.
Biography: Erin was born in Winterfell, same as any other Stark. He was born in the end of Winter, and ironically enough, it seems Erin Stark?s birth was exactly what ended the winter. For the eldest child, Erin was very quiet, not at all demanding. His parents believed he would grow to be a craven and feared that he would not be able to lead the Stark household. Within a year, they were proved wrong. By the time Erin was three, the silent boy was scaling the Stark castle spires as though they were simply stairs. Of course his behavior was immediately reprimanded; climbing had been one of many things that had lead to Bran Stark's crippling. He was certainly no fighting prot?g?; for this he had to work. But work hard he did, and his father had him molded to a man nearly as ?great as Eddard Stark himself? (saying the Starks? tend to use when referring to another great, or upcoming Stark.) When Erin was 13, he was betrothed to Lyssa Greyjoy, and married at 19. He didn?t like her at first; the beginning of their marriage was a tender and tedious affair, but their first son, Jason, brought the two much closer. Now, he loves and feels for her more than he ever imagined he would. Over these past years, Erin has brought five beloved children into the world. He disdains having to propose any of his daughter to marry a Lannister for the peace; he would rather go to war over it, and looks favorably on the idea of a compromised peace treaty, rather than the giveaway of his sweet daughters.

--------

Name: Lyssa Stark
House: Stark (formerly Greyjoy)
Age: 36
Appearance: Lyssa has inky black hair, and bright green eyes. She is a lithe little woman, not quite suited to battle or anything of the like. She?s got a round a face that would suggest she?s much younger than the Lord Stark, but the wisdom in her eyes, (and those slight crinkles), tell tales of years long gone.
Personality: Lyssa, like her husband, is quiet. In fact, if the children weren?t so noisy, the Stark household would seem a very ominous, very dreadful place to be. Lyssa?s good mother; she takes care of all her children with a firm guiding hand, and treats her friends much the same way. She?s always looking out for someone when she can, most of all, her husband.
Biography: Lyssa didn?t have a very outstanding life. Stuck on the Pyke islands, life was a bore. Often times the islanders found themselves in economic turmoil, and Lyssa could not vogue that her House was rich. Years of folly rebellions had cost them plenty; the depth that was owed to the Starks was only partially repaid when Lyssa was betrothed to Erin Stark. She was very frightened of him at first. He was a tall, brooding, imposing looking man that did not look like much fun to Lyssa. But after their first year of marriage, and their first child, she found herself mellowing around this man who she had mistaken to by a tyrant. Erin Stark was such a gentle man; there were days when she felt he was afraid to touch her, for fear of breaking her. She loves him dearly and would do anything for her husband and her three children. Now during the these times of peace, Lyssa, much like Erin, shows a strong aversion to having any one of her daughters married to a Lannister.

--------

Name: Jason Stark
House: Stark
Age: 18
Appearance: Jason, like his father, is tall. Like the Tully?s, his ancestors from long ago, he carries auburn brown hair, and bright brown eyes. His eyes often seem to convey a waterfall of emotion. Jason has a Stark face; long and square. He?s got his own gruff charm to him though.
Personality: Jason is a wild child. He isn?t always as careful as his siblings in making choices and often allows his mouth to run without thinking of the consequences of his words. Jason very simply follows his heart; it?s hard for him not too. His intentions are in the right place, but Erin Stark feels that his boy?s action reflect a man who hasn?t yet grown into his armor. The boy can be calculating, the gods will it, but he chooses to spend his days wooing the kitchen girls, and lolling in the thick, snowy, Winterfell forests. Erin has half the mind to pass the Lordship over to little Rick instead.
Biography: Jason was born with a personality the exact opposite of his parents. He was a whiney little brat as a child; a complainer with an aptly loud mouth and a similarly loud personality. There was more than once where Lyssa Stark had to chase her little boy down the halls of the Stark castle, him being butt naked running like a wildling all over the place. Of course, it was plenty entertaining. Jason grew a little when he was able to comprehend that he had to watch over his little sister Barbara. Before, he?d been too young too care about taking care of her. When she was one, he had been three, not but a baby himself. But by the time he turned five (now having two younger sisters), and his understanding of the world became just a bit clearer, he became a much more observant, much more vigilant sibling. Up to this day, Jason watches over his siblings with the alacrity of an eagle. There?s not much that gets past him concerning his family, and a stable boy or two have often been found with a bloody nose for making fun of Cersei.

--------

Name: Barbara Stark
House: Stark
Age: 16
Appearance: Barbara is a very beautiful young woman. Where her older brother is a Stark in face and a Tully in hair, Barbara?s red head is not the same as the Tully?s auburn brown. She?s a true red head; her hair shines bright like orange fire in the sun. Her emerald green eyes only further serve to compliment her face. And she?s got the Lannister beauty in her too, though it?s combined with the face of a Stark. Erin doubts the red hair came from the Tullys, Greyjoys, or the Lannisters; he theorizes that somewhere along the line, a Stark had hair as beautiful and fiery as his daughter?s. Of course, that could just be him glorifying his little princess.
Personality: Now Barbara is a child who truly reflects her parentage, in terms of personality. She?s a quiet thing, yet she holds the courage and determination of the Starks. Very much like her father, Barbara is an intellectually smart woman that carries herself with the Stark dignity. She is honorable, and for that trait, she is proud. Barbara is terribly shy around men; they don?t hide the fact that she?s an attractive woman, and there?s been more than one time, since she?s come of age, when a knight has thrown her a pretty flower, sometimes a red rose, much to her father?s chagrin. Barbara is also very political savvy, unlike her elder brother.
Biography: Barbara was born two years after her eldest brother. The smallest baby of the Starks, her parents were worried she would not make it through that year. There only hope was that little Barbara had been born in a year of summer. Erin and Lyssa Stark went to great lengths to assure their daughter was given the attention she needed. And, so enough, she was no longer a weak baby, but a tumbling toddler. From there on out, Barbara grew up into a fine young woman, though there?s been many times when her health has been fussed over. But, she?s no less prone to a cold than any of her other siblings, and is in fact even more athletically active then her brothers.

--------

Name: Cersei Stark
House: Stark
Age: 14
Appearance: Cersei truly reflects her namesake; beautiful and blonde. Cersei is easily mistaken for a Lannister with her straight golden locks and bright blue eyes (not to mention her name). The shape of her face reflects a Starks, but her full lips, elegant nose, easy eyes, and pretty shape, say Lannister.
Personality: Cersei is an adventurous persona. This is heavily a result of the bullying inflicted on her in her younger years; she?s had to grow a stronger backbone than any little girl should have had to, at her age, and she?s not one to stay silent when she?s being harassed or condemned. One thing she most definitely does not share with her namesake is her lack of lady like manners. She and her younger siblings Robin and Rick (and even Barbara, though the children promise to never tell when she joins them) have caused more problems with their childish antics than the whole of Casterly Rock could cause for Winterfell. Cersei, like her elder sister, is immersed in politics; strangely enough, both sisters present to their father ideally what Jason should be like. And Jason is most definitely not like either of his sisters.
Biography: Cersei was born into politics; thrown into it as soon as she left the womb. It?s no secret that Starks have Lannister blood in them since Cersei Lannister?s exile into Winterfell all those centuries ago; however, it became truly apparent when Cersei Stark was born. The babe had small wisps of blonde hair that turned to a waterfall of gold as she grew older, and dark blue eyes that lightened up with age. On her birth, Maester Lewis was the one to advise Erin with great urgency to name the child after Cersei Lannister, if only to appeal to the Lannister sense of taste. After a few days of consulting with his wife (unlike her other siblings, Cersei was not named immediately), they chose the political way. Ever since then, Cersei has lived a tense life; some happily accept her for who she is. A Stark with dignity and honor. Others forget her blood, blinded by long ingrained hatred, and only see the reincarnation of Cersei Lannister. As a result, Cersei?s had to toughen up exponentially for a girl her age.

--------

Name: Robin Stark
House: Stark
Age: 13
Appearance: Robin is exceedingly like her great-by-however-many-generations grandmother. Arya Stark in the living breathing flesh. Well, maybe not exactly. Her hair is dark brown, but has the same, naturally wiry texture of the Grejoys. Her face is also plenty rounder than the long square faces of the Starks?. Robin?s got brown eyes, like most of her siblings.
Personality: Robin idolizes Arya Stark?s work as Lady of the House; she aspires to be like her and so she is. A little tomboy, she not afraid to fight when the time comes. She?s dauntlessly inquisitive, and like her older brother she often lets her mouth run ahead of her brain. But she?s also a smart, sly, little girl, and her cunning has gotten her siblings out of their fair share of trouble more often than not. She barters with them; should they get in trouble, and should she get them out of their trouble, they owe her in whatever way she sees fit. Often times this means nothing. But every now and then, the little girl will hold one of them to their oaths, or otherwise threaten to tell mother or father. Truly, Robin is a good girl; she would never make her siblings do anything they didn?t have to, and won?t lash out at someone unless she believes they deserve it.
Biography: Robin doesn?t have much of a biography. She?s one of the youngest of the present Stark children. One notable thing about Robin is that she started training with weapons two years before most of her siblings had learned how to defend themselves (skills now actively practiced by the Starks). She?s a fighting prot?g? and far surpasses little Rick to the younger boy?s disdain.

--------

Name: Rick Stark
House: Stark
Age: 11
Appearance: Rick unlike most of his siblings, has clear Grejoy features. His long Stark face is adorned with wiry, inky black hair, and his eyes are dark brown, nearly as dark as Jason?s. Rick is the runt of the litter, as his brother says, though Jason is often only teasing. In truth, it is simply Rick?s age that makes it hard for him to keep up with his siblings. All of them are teenagers where Rick?s only just hit his preteens. All of them have some sort of knowledge on how the world works; Rick is still just an innocent boy that has yet to see his first true swordfight. He loathes being the youngest and despises Robin?s superior talent, though ?she?s just a girl?.
Personality: Rick is a good boy, but an easily frustrated one at that. He tends to take things to his heart too literally; his father often says Barbara has a hair of fire, but its Rick?s temper that matches with it. He?s also quick to strike out with his fist, even at his sisters, a bad habit that?s developed over a long time of being the runt. Maester Lewis has had to extensively work with Rick?s temper, and even so, the boy show only slow amounts of improvement.
Biography: What much is there to say about Rick? He?s only eleven and there?s never been any significant happenings in his life. Unlike his siblings, he?s never even seen the Wall, because he?s too young. A lot of Rick?s life is childish fun, but a lot of it is also sibling frustration. He feels like he?s the last for everything, including all ?the important stuff?.
